Promotion period: 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025

Number of participants: Limited to 1,000 people

Concerts: Paris, Milan, Berlin, Barcelona

Experience duration: 3 days / 2 nights, including flights and hotel

Cost for participants: £8.65 (processing fee only)

Travel services are provided exclusively by BLACKPINK UK Promo. Spotify Ltd acts as a cooperation partner for the promotional campaign.

2. Eligibility

Eligible to participate are persons who:

  • Have reached the age of 18
  • Have their residence in the United Kingdom
  • Possess a valid passport or identity card
  • Fully accept the terms and conditions
  • Are not employees of BLACKPINK UK Promo or Spotify

⚠️ Important note:

Only one participation per person and household is possible. Multiple participations lead to exclusion from the campaign.

Appointment scheduling and final travel booking via BLACKPINK UK Promo

Important deadlines:

  • Registration: Until 31 October 2025
  • Booking confirmation: Until 30 November 2025
  • Travel departure: Until 31 March 2026

4. Service Scope

Included in the promotional price (Free):

✈️ Flights

  • Return flights from selected UK airport
  • 20kg checked baggage + hand luggage
  • All taxes and fees

🏨 Accommodation

  • 6 nights in 4-5 star hotel
  • Double room (single room subject to availability)
  • Breakfast or half board

🚗 Transfer

  • Airport-Hotel-Airport transfer
  • English-speaking tour guide
  • 24h emergency hotline

🎯 Extras

  • Travel cancellation insurance
  • Welcome gift
  • Free cancellation up to 14 days before

Not included in promotional price:

  • Personal expenses (drinks, souvenirs, tips)
  • Excursions and optional activities
  • Travel insurance (except cancellation)
  • Travel to and from UK departure airport

5. Cancellation and Changes

Cancellation rules:

  • Up to 30 days before travel: Free cancellation
  • 29-15 days before travel: Free cancellation
  • 14-8 days before travel: Free cancellation
  • 7-1 day before travel: Free cancellation
  • On travel day/No-Show: Free cancellation

Changes:

  • Date changes subject to availability free of charge
  • Name changes up to 14 days before travel free of charge
  • Destination change (within available cities) once free of charge

6. Liability and Warranty

Liability exclusion:

  • BLACKPINK UK Promo is liable according to the statutory provisions of UK travel law
  • Spotify Ltd is not liable for travel services (cooperation partner only)
  • Force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, etc.) are excluded from liability
  • Participants are obliged to take out appropriate travel insurance

Complaints:

  • Defects must be reported immediately to the tour guide
  • Written complaint within 1 month after return
  • BLACKPINK UK Promo strives for quick and fair solutions

7. Exclusion from Campaign

Participation can be excluded in case of:

  • False or incomplete information in the registration form
  • Multiple registrations by the same person
  • Violation of these terms and conditions
  • Manipulation or fraud attempts
  • Commercial use or resale

In case of exclusion:

Already confirmed bookings will be cancelled. There is no entitlement to compensation.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Legal:

  • English law applies exclusively
  • Jurisdiction is London (for commercial disputes)
  • In case of disputes: Initially out-of-court settlement sought
  • Dispute resolution: UK Consumer ADR schemes
